```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents

Shifts available are Saturday and Sunday 8a-8pm . These shifts can be broken up to accommodate the right individuals.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in office or as a receptionist is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Strong clerical skills including typing, proofreading, and data entry
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
