**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team.
The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment within our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products and supplies
- Follow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
**Skills:**
- Experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in custodial duties
- Capability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.77 - $18.38 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
