We are on a journey to amplify the moments we share together. Electric Shuffle is a global social entertainment concept that combines high-tech bar games, spectacular interior design, first-class hospitality, and delicious food and cocktails. We pride ourselves on creating social experiences like no other and venues where friends come together.

At our heart, we are a company of friends from around the world. We are a passionate, warm, and weird bunch of humans who love to not just challenge the status quo but push right through it. Our love for hospitality is what drives us each day.

We spent years researching and testing ways to revamp the game of shuffleboard for large groups to enjoy. After throwing thousands of pucks, focus grouping hundreds of people, and spending countless hours on tech development, High-Tech Shuffleboard was born.

The concept was created by our parent company out of London, Red Engine . Red Engine has established itself as a global leader and genuine innovator in the social entertainment space. It is the creator of two award-winning concepts, Electric Shuffle and Flight Club.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

To be successful as a Barback on the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc. 

• Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.

• Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.

• Having excellent organizational skills.

• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.

• Bring new and creative ideas to how we do things.

• Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs if needed.

Experience as a Barback is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us.
