INSURANCE AGENT – SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Successful independent agency is looking for an exceptional licensed sales producer and customer service representative to join our team

Position Requirements:
- Insurance License 4-40 or 2-20
- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledgeable in Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Commercial, General Liability and other Property and Casualty Lines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and internet application. Quick Quote Web Rater preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare insurance quotes, follow up and sell insurance policies
- Assist customers with policy questions and changes
- Review and complete underwriting or agency requests
- Conduct policy reviews to existing customers
- Perform clerical activities as assigned
