Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment lubrication
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
- Assist in facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Skills:

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for troubleshooting purposes
- Experience in fabricating parts or structures as needed
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with employees or vendors
- Welding skills for metal repairs or fabrication projects
- Supervisory experience to lead maintenance teams effectively
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Leadership abilities to guide maintenance projects efficiently
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
