Mann Hummel LSE AFA specializes in the manufacturing of air filtration products and a service provider to commercial entities worldwide with locations throughout the US and Canada.

The Production Supervisor position directs and manages production operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.

Main Accountabilities

· Direct and manage operations for production and quality of various filters

· Develop and control work production.

· Establish and monitor production performance and quality standards.

· Control and minimize labor overtime.

· Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.

· Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.

· Provides direction, development and leadership to leads.

· Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment with a focus on “Safety First” with no lost-time worker’s comp incidents.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment, managing a staff, including responsibility for hiring, terminating and performance appraisals.

· Manufacturing/industry experience required.
