What you will do as a Wellness Coordinator / FitnessTrainer at Brecon Village Senior Living Community :

EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an exercise professional to fill the role of Fitness Trainer for our Brecon Village Senior Living Community.

As a Fitness Trainer, you will provide exercise and wellness opportunities both one-on-one and group settings for older adults in our facilities and the surrounding community in their homes! The Fitness Trainer will be part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to meet the needs of older adults and allow them to have the best quality of life.

What it takes to join our team :

As a Wellness Coordinator / Fitness Trainer with EHM Senior Solutions, your duties will include but are not limited to :

• provide exercise and wellness opportunities both one-on-one and group settings for older adults in our facilities and the surrounding community in their homes
• be part of a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to meet the needs of older adults and allow them to have the best quality of life

• are able to effectively multitask
• have good problem-solving abilities
• maintain client confidentiality
• are an empathetic and compassionate individual
• possess good time management skills
• flexibly adapt to variable needs

To work with us, you must have the following qualifications :

• Movement degree (exercise physiology, kinesiology) preferred but not required
• One year work experience in service with older adults preferred but not required
• CPR required within 6 months of hire
• Valid Driver's license
