_Primary Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm_
The Customer Support Specialists primary objective will be to provide customer service and training to customers involved with current and previous auctions. The Customer Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including but not limited to speaking with bidders about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the auction process. The Customer Support Specialist will also be required to train and understand our products in order to provide appropriate service, training and upgrades to existing customers. This position will involve a lot of customer service and contact with our management and sales staff to assist with the live auction process. Strong computer skills are necessary and will be a focus of this role. Schedule could vary based on need of auctions, could include some evening and weekends. Assume other duties as assigned.
