We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

- Conduct Telehealth patient assesments

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Provide education and support to patients on health management

Experience:

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems like Practice Fusion

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and interpretation of results

- Knowledge of how to perform EKG and interpretation of results

- Ability to communicate well with others
