Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Assist with appointment check-ins, check-outs, and appt confirmations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and order entry
- Coordinate special events and assist with project coordination as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in computerized systems for booking and managing reservations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to handle customer support inquiries effectively
- Experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
