Objectives of this Role: Maintain clear communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth company operations.
Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance protocols for courseware development and delivery.
Drive efficiency in existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's capacity to create and deliver educational content.
Ensure operational activities remain on schedule and within budget.
Assess staffing needs, coordinate hiring, and support onboarding processes.
Collaborate with accounting teams to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and support a team within a deadline-driven environment, fostering career development and effective problem resolution.
Manage data collection and metrics to achieve productivity goals, reduce costs, minimize errors, and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve our proprietary educational tools and systems.
Oversee courseware materials management and quality control.
Conduct budget reviews and report financial plans to upper management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools
Two or more years of demonstrated success in an operations management role.
Strong budget development and oversight skills.
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control.
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation.
Knowledge of productivity software and a willingness to learn new applications.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, educational technology, or a related field.
Working knowledge of management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong IT skills, including experience with learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS).
