Salary Range: Tipped Hourly Pay Negotiable Based Upon Experience
Level: Full-Time
Barrier Island Brewing is seeking a talented and experienced bar manager with an engaging personality to lead our team of talented bartenders, serve classic cocktails, and create new and exciting beverages for bar guests.
As Bar Manager (in addition to regular bar duties) you would be responsible for / expected to:
- Have 2-5 years of bartending and/or management experience
- Be comfortable tending bar in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to place / keep up with liquor orders and inventory
- Be able and prepared to close and reconcile cash drawers nightly
- Lead efficiently and effectively
- Develop new cocktail recipes and plan seasonal drink menus
As a micro-brewery, our beers and craft bar are front and center to our business model. Our cocktails are high-end; in a potential candidate, we would expect their passion for mixology, food, and beverage to match our own.
