About the job

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing software development team based in Amarillo, Texas. We are designing, building and implementing a new software solution to fill a gap in our industry.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our development team to drive the development and success of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, business development and stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Creates story documentation and context of problems to empower designers and developers to create the right solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and updates.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user testing to inform product decisions.
  • Drive product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software product management.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
