Compensation:
$30 per hour NO TIP (we are a no tipping restaurant)
As compensation for the services provided, the Employee will be paid a wage of $30 per hour. The Compensation is a gross amount that is subject to all local, State, Federal, and any other taxes and deductions as prescribed by law. Payment shall be distributed to the Employee on a weekly basis.

WHO YOU ARE:
The Barista will utilize their skills, experience, and talents to excel in all duties of the position. This includes bartending, preparing a variety of coffee and espresso drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, and macchiatos, as well as crafting and garnishing spritzes. Additionally, the Barista will demonstrate knowledge of wine and its service, handle beverage and dessert serving, and be prepared to assist as a waiter when needed. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of their Position, the Employee agrees to adhere to any and all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, as administered by the Employer.

- Previous experience with a professional espresso machine, making espresso, macchiato, cappuccino and all the coffees (LATTE ART).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with guests, staff, and management.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, coffee and culture is an advantage.
