ProActive Technologies has an immediate opening for a Subject Matter Expert in SLQ-32(V)7.
We are looking for a candidate with expert level knowledge of the SLQ-32(V)7 Electronic Warfare (EW) System maintenance. This position will work closely with engineers, providing consultation to assist in the definition of training system design for functionality within the training system. This position will interact directly with the training system and codify domain knowledge for use by engineers, as well as validate the expectations of the resulting system during the design and test phases of the project.

This position will be part-time and may be performed remotely to support our team located in Oviedo, Florida.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with engineers to provide consultation of the SLQ-32(V)7 Electronic Warfare (EW) System maintenance
• Interact directly with the training system and codify domain knowledge
• Validate results of the systems during the design and test phases of the project
• Provide insight knowledge with the SLQ-32(V)7 schoolhouse-training curriculum as it relates to the project

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience with the SLQ-32(V)6 EW System
• Expert level knowledge of the following SLQ-32(V)6 EW System:
  • AN/SLQ-32(V)7 Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)
  • AN/SLQ-32(V)7 Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs)
  • Course Training Task List (CTTL) for AN/SLQ-32(V)7 Maintenance
  • Training Course Control Document for AN/SLQ-32(V)7 Maintenance
• Familiarity with the SLQ-32(V)7 schoolhouse training curriculum
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of experience with SLQ-32 maintenance operations and/or maintenance training
• One (1) year maintenance experience with the SLQ-32(V)7 EW System
• Systems engineering expertise using mature processes through the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of at least one project
