Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable,organized, energetic, mature individual who must "love dogs" to join our team. As an appointment coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with our clients. No hard sales or cold calls involved in this entry level position, but rather to find potential customers and generate appointments. Other duties may involve the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties:

-Scheduling appointments for clients to have their dogs groomed
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check clients in and out, payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to clients inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating clients information
- Coordinates with senior groomer with managing calendars and schedule appointments

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of the dog grooming industry a plus but not required
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer software programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
