BARTENDER

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have current SNHD health card, alcohol awareness card and sheriff's card
• At least 2 years experience required
• Greet and serve guests in a timely manner and with an upbeat attitude
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• Take beverage and pizza orders from guests
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• Understanding of POS systems and item entry
• Process transactions using the POS system, prepare checks for customers, and process customer payments
• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available at the venue
• Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• Complete opening side duties such as preparing fruit garnish for drinks, fill ice coolers, stock picks and straws, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• Disinfect bar counter in between shows
• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
• Know guidelines followed to ensure no guests are overserved
• Ensure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completed
• Monitor inventory, and restock bar inventory
• Must be able to work in a loud environment
• Performs all other job related duties as requested
