Aspire Tours Llc is Hiring a Customer Service/Sales Specialist Near Denver, CO

Aspire Tours (aspire-tours.com) is a local, fast-growing company based in Denver with a great culture.
Looking for a Denver-Based Sales/Customer Service Specialist- We are in search of a hospitality minded individual that is passionate about providing superior customer service to our clients and able to contribute to new sales. The ideal candidate will be tasked with providing outstanding service to our guests and clients while maintaining and cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, corporate clients, and affiliate partners. This is a full-time position in our Denver office that requires weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and travel experience
  • Assist travelers in booking, canceling and modifying reservations
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Monitor and process bookings made through third party channels
  • Support a team of tour guides with daily customer service needs as needed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to address client needs effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Solicit client feedback to improve the customer experience and streamline tour execution.
  • Regularly update CRM systems to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Receive inbound sales inquiries for group and private tours, learn the clients needs and deliver a bespoke itinerary
  • Build quotes responsibility that ensure company profitability
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities for public and private tours. This includes cold calling
  • Provide professional appearance and conduct with all clients, colleagues, and partner organizations
  • Assist with filling tour seats by proactively reaching out to hotel partners and other affiliates
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service representative
  • Comfortable speaking with strangers and with direct sales
  • Be a good story teller and able to build strong rapport with clients
  • College degree or equivalent life experience
  • Responsible, independent, caring, people skills
  • Able to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and cultures
  • Ability to work in downtown Denver office
  • Pass background check
Qualifications Desired
  • Experience working in customer service, hospitality, teaching, sales
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in foreign a foreign language a plus
Pay
  • $21-$25 hourly
  • Up to 3 weeks per year PTO
