Job Summary:
Nimey's New Generation Cars Inc. is seeking a Full Time Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Utica, New York. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and sales support to our clients. The Automotive Service Advisor will work on a competitive base salary plus commission, utilizing their sales skills to increase revenue and achieve set goals. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with any inquiries or concerns
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process
• Communicate with technicians to determine necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates to customers
• Promote and upsell services and accessories to customers
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of services
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and customer information
• Monitor and report on sales goals and performance
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in automotive technology
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college education preferred
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and basic knowledge of automotive service and repair
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
