Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and answering phone calls
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance issues or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
