Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet company standards

Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to clean efficiently and effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are met
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliability

I am strictly looking for someone to clean for one of my locations that only needs done every other week. Pay is flat rate. Shouldnt take more than 3 hrs for $50 bucks each time. As long as the job is done to completion, I'm happy. If you finish the job in 2 hrs, its ok. Will take and post before and after pics, clock in and out on an app and make sure you have proper supplies. Right now I have it scheduled every other Friday at 9am.
