- Have 2 years of waitstaff experience in casual upscale dining (fine dining a plus)- Possess a knowledge of distilled spirits, with a focus on American whiskey, as well as classic cocktails and their ingredients.- Have a general understanding of wine, wine regions, grape varietals, and their flavor profiles.- Have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and California ingredients.- Be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.- Have the availbility to work Saturdays and Sundays is a must. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment.- Familiarity restaurant POS systems (Toast familiarity is a plus)- Bartending experience a plus.**All applicants must be 21 **
