Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team. The Production Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the production team, managing the lifecycle of manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, fostering collaboration between departments, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of operational processes, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to foster professional growth and development.
• Implement performance management strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve departmental goals.
• Manufacturing and Assembly Oversight:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of manufacturing and assembly processes, from raw materials to finished products.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules and team tasks to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that inventory is reconciled and all paperwork for tracking purposes is completed timely.
• Compliance with FDA Regulations:
• Ensure all manufacturing and assembly processes comply with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
• Work with the quality leader to maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA guidelines and proactively implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
• Interdepartmental Liaison:
• Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement:
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows to achieve KPI targets effectively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a rapidly growing organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,263.89 - $64,145.76 per year
