Role Summary:

As a Senior Event Producer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation by orchestrating exceptional events that engage and delight. This role demands a proactive leader who embodies our core values—Efficient Excellence, Growth-Minded, Own It, Scrappy, and Collaborative. You’ll manage all aspects of event production, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring each event meets and exceeds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Production Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of high-visibility events with budgets exceeding $1M. This includes managing logistical, technical, and operational aspects to ensure flawless execution.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial concept to final execution. Ensure their vision is realized while maintaining open lines of communication and setting clear expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a project team, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish. Ensure all team members are aligned with the event’s goals and deadlines.
  • Capacity Planning: Understand when we need to bring on additional team members as our workload increases.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage detailed budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency in expenditure while delivering top-tier results.
  • Strategic Planning: Employ a growth-minded approach to innovate and adapt event strategies that cater to evolving market trends and client needs.

Daily Duties:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and detailed workflows.
  • Select and manage venue and vendor contracts both domestically and internationally.
  • Determine staffing of team members for each project.
  • Design event layouts and oversee the production environment, ensuring every element aligns with the client’s objectives and our brand standards.
  • Lead on-site event teams, overseeing all aspects of event execution including setup and breakdown.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget events.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and client relations.
  • Financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and major stakeholders effectively.
