Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will play a crucial role in supporting our patients before and after their procedures, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort. This position involves working closely with medical staff to monitor patients' needs and provide assistance during their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with pre-operative and post-operative care.

Monitor patients’ and report any changes to medical staff.

Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Help patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and dressing as needed.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.

Communicate effectively with medical staff about patient care plans and any concerns.

Assist with patient discharge and follow-up care instructions.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
