GLANZ Aesthetics is looking for a motivated, energetic and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our team.

We are a high-end and unique Medical Aesthetics Clinic in Doral, FL that provides top of the line concierge aesthetic services. We are different from other med spas in Miami and our medical practitioners and staff provide the absolute best experience to our patients.

We want to hire someone to identify, design, and execute marketing campaigns to boost engagement on organic social media, educate potential clients, and inform our audience about our products and unique services.

The candidate should be able to manage the company's social media accounts and post and create original content. Brainstorm campaign ideas and monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Also analyze analytics to gauge the success of the campaigns and discuss them with the GLANZ Marketing Team. Our Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Director and will assist the Director with all related initiatives.

As a Social Media Specialist at GLANZ Aesthetics, your key responsibilities would include:

• Strategy Development: Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with GLANZ Aesthetics' brand and marketing objectives. This involves identifying target audiences, determining appropriate platforms, and creating a content plan.
• Content Creation: Producing engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This includes writing captivating captions, designing visual assets, and editing videos when necessary.
• Community Management: Monitoring and actively engaging with GLANZ Aesthetics' social media community. Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Building relationships, fostering engagement, and managing any customer service issues that may arise.
• Campaign Management: Planning and executing social media campaigns to promote GLANZ Aesthetics' services, events, promotions, and new offerings. Collaborating with other teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across different marketing channels.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring social media metrics and tracking the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Providing regular reports and insights on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identifying and managing relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners. Collaborating with influencers for sponsored content, collaborations, and influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Implementing innovative ideas and strategies to keep GLANZ Aesthetics ahead of the competition and maintain a strong online presence.
• Reputation Management: Monitoring online reviews and feedback about GLANZ Aesthetics across various platforms. Addressing any negative reviews or comments in a professional manner and working towards resolving customer concerns.
• Social Media Advertising: Creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Optimizing ad performance, targeting relevant audiences, and monitoring budgets effectively.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborating with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives. Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
• Willingness to assist and explore other forms of marketing: business development, event marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, public relations, etc.
• Have experience with iMovie or Adobe Premiere, Canva, among other useful tools to create our own marketing content.
• Traveling on occasion.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of previous Social Media Marketing Experience (Required)
• College Degree
• Bilingual (Spanish English) (Required)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Live near Doral, FL or the Miami, FL area

Schedule:

• Day shift- 6-8 hour shifts
• Full-Time
• Flexible hours
