Job Summary:
Ourisman Hyundai Nissan of Laurel is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our service team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for distibution of repair orders to technicians and increasing shop production'. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Laurel, Maryland.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles to and from the lot to technicians
- Monitor working repair orders and special-order parts received and assist in managing a well-organized lot
- Communicate with service advisors. parts team and technicians.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records of vehicle repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dispatcher in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
