What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a part-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented, comfortable working remotely and loves working in a team environment. While this position reports into our Las Vegas, NV office, it is 100% remote.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a select group of customer accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences. They will review coverage, audit policies, and recommend coverage solutions in consultation with the client and our agency team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage entire renewal process.
- Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
- Coach and train your own dedicated Assistant Customer Service Representative.
- Update management system (AMS360 experience is preferred but will consider any agency management system).
- Provide insurance and risk advice to clients.
- Generate quotes from our insurers using an online portal.
- Participate in internal team meetings to discuss client needs.
- Normal work week will be based on the Pacific time zone.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY)
Preferred Skills
- License: Property & Casualty (NV)
- Designation: CISR, CIC or CPCU
- Areas of Expertise: Commercial Umbrella, Claims Made Policies, Certificate Issuance for Contractors, Construction / Contractors, Professional Liability / Errors & Omission, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Casualty / General Liability, Inland Marine, Property, Certificates & EOPs
- Management & Rating Systems: AMS360
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, DocuSign
- Languages: English
