Flagpoles Etc. is searching for a full-time Project and Delivery schedulerto help us provide unparalleled supportto our crew and customers.
You will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining schedules for installations , services and deliveries.
Monitor and process project progress.Make changes, advise team and customers of updates and delays.
- Provide scheduling support to crews in the field.
- Deliver customer service of the highest quality.
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve each customers experience.
- A successful applicant will possess a strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
- A self-starter who has a self-employed mentality.
- A problem solver who thinks outside of the box.
- A compassionate and skillful communicator.
- Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision.

- Able to provide 3 professional references
- Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in outlook, excel, and Microsoft office
- Typing test required
