Job Purpose

The primary focus of the Testing Analyst is to effectively provide testing support to meet the program goals and overall project implementation timeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare test strategy and test cases/scripts documentation
• Design, plan, and execute test cases based on user requirements
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with functional and technical resources to understand application features, ensure software quality, and meet business requirements
• Set up and conduct automated testing
• Write summary reports on test status
• Support continuous process improvement in test documentation and execution

Qualifications, Education and Experience

Necessary and desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

Qualifications include:

• 2 years of experience in ticket management tools such as JIRA, SmartSheet
• 2 years of experience in automated testing tools such as Inflectra
• 2 years of analytical experience with procurement and supply chain focus
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite of products notably Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Access
• Testing experienced in Ivalua preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required

Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for an office environment with remote work. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones which need to be provided by the candidate. Work may require some weekend and evening work.

Physical Requirements

This position may include physical demands such as the ability to intensely focus and handle stressful situations. You will primarily be working on a computer and sitting in this role. There may be travel at times up to 50 to 60%.
