CCAR Industries is hiring part-time Direct Support Personnel (DSPs) in our Residential Program.

Requirements:

• DSPs typically work evenings and weekends, though we can offer flexible scheduling.
• They assist a small group (2 - 8) of residents to help them meet their personal goals in their homes and in the community. Common tasks may include helping with personal hygiene, house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and going on community trips to restaurants and other locations.
• DSPs are also asked to make brief, daily notes on each resident's progress.

Earning Potential:

• This position starts at $16.25 per hour as staff members receive 120 hours of paid training to prepare them for their job duties.
• Once training is complete, Direct Support Personnel earn $16.50 per hour with the potential to earn up to $16.75 per hour.
• We offer an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential on Saturdays and Sundays.
• If interested, part-time staff members can work toward full-time status, based on position availability.
• Overtime is typically available for those who desire extra hours.
