Assembly Technician Job Description

Job Summary:
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling various components to create finished products. Your responsibilities will include interpreting schematics, utilizing electrical and mechanical knowledge, and ensuring precise assembly of parts.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize machining skills to assemble electronic equipment according to provided instructions.
- Perform electrical wiring and soldering tasks to connect components effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes.
- Use calipers and other tools to ensure accurate measurements during assembly.
- Assemble logic controllers, PCBs, and other electronic components with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.
- Test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance productivity.

Experience:
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and electronic component assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience working with logic controllers and PCBs is a plus.
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools for precision assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
