As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a Planning Intern​ to join us on our journey.

• Review results from MRP and recommend transfers and/or purchasing of product to satisfy demand.
• Assist in placing Purchase Orders with global suppliers and following up on delivery schedules.
• Assist in placing global transfer orders with logistics teams and following up on delivery schedules.
• Ensure NetSuite is updated with best information and communicate exceptions with stakeholders.
• Support establishment of new packaging processes with logistics providers.

• Analyze multiple outputs and update NetSuite system via document upload processes and manual input.
• Build reporting tools to assist in visibility to data and metrics.
• Assist in record clean up in Netsuite and associated systems.

• Preferred fields of study such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, Accounting.
• Must be able to write well, read and absorb information well, synthesize information quickly.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new processes and business tools.

• Directly address challenges by asking questions and seeking clarity to deliver expected results.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and maintain a cooperative relationship with individuals.
