Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of food from the kitchen to the customers. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them - Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide exceptional guest services by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns - Follow food safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene standards in handling food - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Skills: - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivering food orders Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
