Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling pitches to homeowners to generate leads.
• Work at least 20-35 hours weekly to achieve lead generation targets.
• Utilize ATD-provided software to monitor and manage leads effectively.
• Provide detailed information on ATD products and services to prospective customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance during all customer interactions
• Keep accurate records of interactions with homeowners for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Will be required to conduct cold calling on inculcate weather days.

 Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma
• Prior work experience as a canvasser is a plus but not required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate products and solutions to homeowners.
• Capacity to work nights, weekends, and after-hours
• Ability to travel within your market.
• Working outside is required.
• Long-term walking and standing ability.
