• Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients.
• Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks.
• Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations.
• Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed.
• Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic task as assigned to support the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Must speak fluent Spanish and English.
• Must have experience as a clinic manager or supervisor.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, and ability to work with others as a team as well as able to learn quickly from oral and written instructions.
• Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism.
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams).
