We are hiring an assistant teacher to help cover lunches and classrooms as needed . Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm

Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
• Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their physical, social, & cognitive needs.
• ASQ screening.
• Assist lead teacher with activities and classroom responsibilities as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized classroom.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 45-hour course or CDC.
• 1 year experience working at a childcare center as a lead teacher.
• Languages: English & Spanish preferred.

Expected hours: 40 per week
