As we continue to expand, we are seeking multiple mid to senior level attorneys to join our New York office, located conveniently near Times Square. Weber Gallagher’s New York attorneys concentrate their practices on various high profile areas including retail and commercial litigation, professional liability, insurance, reinsurance, general liability, product liability, premises liability, toxic tort and environmental matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ability to independently handle litigation case load
• 3 to 7 years of defense litigation experience, specifically insurance defense
• Experience with insurance coverage and insurance policy analysis helpful
• Litigation experience from case inception through trial in New York and federal courts
• Must be admitted to practice in NY, NJ admission helpful
• Exceptional analytical, research and written communication skills
