Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster positive relationships with children and their families - Conduct assessments to track each child's progress - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience - Utilize effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior - Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines - Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special needs - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations Skills: - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience in childcare, tutoring, or related field - Excellent classroom management skills - Ability to engage and connect with children on an individual level - Understanding of child development milestones and appropriate educational strategies - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with child welfare regulations and best practices - Experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred - Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
