Job DescriptionAs a data entry/customer service representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they arrive to pick up orders. You will coordinate with the dispatcher, warehouse, loaders, and sales representatives to ensure that the customer’s order is fulfilled and ready for pickup and loading.

Job DescriptionAs a data entry/customer service representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they arrive to pick up orders. You will coordinate with the dispatcher, warehouse, loaders, and sales representatives to ensure that the customer’s order is fulfilled and ready for pickup and loading.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with multiple departments (dispatch, warehouse, shipping, etc.) to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Analyze product demand to fulfill orders.
- Communicate with warehouse to replenish inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to load customers.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, pick up time and/or delivery time.
- Answer phone calls and provide support for customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Create and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Report and address any Issues or concerns related to customer orders in a timely manner.
- Report any opportunity for improvements to your supervisor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, specifically Microsoft Excel required.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for hours in a cold environment with temperatures of 34⁰ F to 50⁰ F.
- Bilingual (Chinese – Mandarin, Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
