Job Overview:

We are southwest Montana’s leading pediatric dental practice looking for a Front Office specialist to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care for the amazing children and families of our community. We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated team player. Experience is preferred but willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups
- Maintaining patient records and updating information as needed
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient care
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verifying insurance coverage and assisting with billing inquiries
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

- Familiarity with office operations, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven experience in medical administrative support, preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology, preferred
