Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing processes. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills. Duties: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop succession planning strategies - Assist with onboarding activities for new hires Experience: - Proven experience as a Staffing Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft or Kronos - Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex is a plus - Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage technology for talent acquisition purposes - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you are a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding top talent, we want to hear from you!
