Responsiblities:
Dixon Order Fillers are expected to efficiently and accurately fill orders placed from customers through our sales reps.
Order Fillers must be able to locate and identify product correctly to ensure our customers are receiving the correct product.
Order Fillers must be able to neatly build pallets and keep track of all orders done throughout the shift.
Other responsiblities include the cleaning and upkeeping of the workstation and property. Helping your teammates complete their routes.
Order Fillers will have loading dock responsibilities by loading and unloading trucks.
Requirement:
Must be able to endure prolonged standing, lifting, and walking.
Regularly be able to lift 30 pounds, may occasionally need to lift over 50 pounds.
Requires constant mental and visual attention, as well as ability to function in cold and or damp environments.
Repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting.
Skills:
-Order Fillers for Dixon Fisheries are expected to perform a level of customer service of our desire.
-Must be able communicate clearly and effectively between coworkers, sales rep., and your supervisors.
-Having the ability to problem solve and pay attention to detail.
-Being able to work as a team.
Education:
Must have Minimum of a GED.
