Lead IT, operational, and accounting system projects at a high-end hospitality, mid-sized company where everyone knows your name. There is a seat at the table and the table is surrounded by people in leadership roles who will roll up their sleeves with you. This is a hybrid roll with at least three days in the Dallas office where you will enjoy a beautiful office setting, lunches, events, and truly good people. You will report to a senior leader who will support you and work with you to get these projects completed. You will take over a few large enterprise-wide projects already in motion and begin others. Projects will include point-of-sale roll out, accounting software migration, a CRM, security remediation, vendor consolidation, acquisition roll outs and more. As the first PM and Change Management leader, you will be challenged with creating processes, policies, and communication.
