Colorado Estate Matters, a boutique Estate Planning/Probate law firm in the Wheat Ridge/Golden area is seeking another attorney to join the team. The position is flexible. We have enough business for a full-time position but are willing to consider the right candidate for a part-time role. Willing to train the right candidate in probate, but litigation experience is a must.

We are a small firm that exclusively handles Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Probate Litigation. We are definitely not your typical stuffy law firm. Every member focuses on the firm’s goals, not just their job. This position is client-facing, so good interpersonal skills and a desire to serve the public are a must.

Salary will depend on numerous factors including: experience, license, and whether you bring a book of business, etc. The range is 65,000 (law school student or recent grad waiting to pass the bar) to 150,000 (experienced probate litigation attorney with a book of business), plus merit-based and discretionary bonuses. We offer employer-paid health insurance, a 401K with 4% matching, and PTO.
