The Role:
The Project Manager is a critical role to our operations team who will be responsible for overseeing and completing a pipeline of repair orders. This role reports to the SVP of Field Operations and will be instrumental in ensuring that our quality, timelines, and order fulfillment remain high-performing and productive. Repair scope review and assessment, pricing and estimating jobs, vendor performance and monitoring, and customer service and satisfaction remain at the top of the list of responsibilities and will be key performance indicators as their success is measured. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented and will drive sustainable processes as we promote growth, quality, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
  • Consulting with customers on new project opportunities while preparing scopes and proposals for pricing
  • Completing on-site quality assessment and scoring of third-party Pros and vendors
  • Leading training and development sessions for our Pros and vendors, as necessary, to ensure high performance and satisfactory quality
  • Relationship management of key stakeholders within the defined market
  • Ability to complete work orders in the field for non-licensed work including (but not limited to) painting, fixture installations, minor electrical work, debris removal, minor plumbing, etc.
  • Role will be in the field 75% of the time
What you Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction, real estate, or project management experience
  • Applicant must be a self-starter who operates independently and thrives in a busy environment
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize deadlines
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent and strong willingness to learn and grow
  • General construction knowledge, GC or home inspection license/certificate
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively manage communication between Vendor Managers and General Managers
  • Continually identify process improvements to scale in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts both in written form and orally
  • Excellent customer/client relationship skills
  • Ability to strategically manage multiple projects
  • Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and the ability to spend considerable time standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, and squatting, and ability to traverse all types of terrain
