Job Description:

• Oversee and execute maintenance tasks across the apartment complex, ensuring high standards of work and efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and inspire the maintenance team to achieve operational goals.
• Perform a variety of maintenance duties, including HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff.
