As a critical component of the overall organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. You'll work from our Corporate Office in Bryn Mawr, PA and will have the ability choose between an 8:30-5 or 9:30-6 schedule. This is not a remote position.

As a Recruiter , you will be responsible for seeking out qualified Behavioral Technicians throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets. Searches, phone screens, and interviews/zoom meetings will all be conducted from our Corporate office in Bryn Mawr, PA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as the first contact person for questions from candidates.
