Redlands Community Hospital - STERILE PROCESSING is Hiring a Sterile Processing Tech Near Redlands, CA
Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques
- Ability to identify instruments and assemble instrument trays for surgical procedures
- Must be available to work all shifts if necessary
- Strong communication skills are essential, good computer skills preferred and must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Experience in Sterile Processing is preferred
- Training in sterile technique, the care and handling of surgical instruments, and instrument identification preferred
- CBSPD or CRCST certification required within 12 months of hire
- CBSPD or CRCST certification and one year of experience required for Sterile Processing Tech II
