Pay Rate: $36k/year to $44k/year depending on experience

Position Summary: The Installation Assistant works with an HVAC Installation Technician to complete residential and commercial HVAC replacements and new system start-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time to stock the truck with common materials needed
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and tools are in proper working order
• Arrive on the job site with personal tools (not supplied) at the scheduled time
• Ability to set equipment in place indoors and outside
• Installation of supply and return plenums, and if applicable, a drain pain
• Conduct proper installation of ductwork
• Maintain good working conditions for all company-provided assets and equipment
• Ensure job sites are left clean when complete

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to use HVAC industry tools
• HVAC or related industry experience preferred
• Must be able to follow easy-to-use procedures and have a good work ethic, great attitude, and great customer service
